Bought as a present for elderly parent; when given to her for her birthday, after brief use the right side of the touch screen was wholly unresponsive, despite the seller's insistence the system was in good working condition. I had to change the touch screen myself with a seperate part purchase. I'm sure, in fairness, the seller would have accepted my return, but the price was so good for this DSi that it was more economically feasible to replace the touch screen. So far, no other issues came up
