    The seller was great to work with and sent it out in a timely manner. Product was as described, good condition and clean. Only wish the item, since it was plastic, would have been wrapped a bit in bubble wrap. During shipping, it must have been dropped or hit by something. A small plastic chip from the product's collar was found in the shipping bag. I filed down where the small plastic piece broke off as it was a little sharp to the touch, but it wasn't a big deal.
