Wow! A shipping number with a tracking number was provided a two days after I placed my order. No movement for another 6 days. Contacted seller and was told their shipped items were not being scanned by USPS. There was an expedited ship option but est arrival was exact same as regular. This was a time crucial order. After I contacted seller there was suddenly a scan, 9 days after order. The item is now worthless. Just say you made a label but didn’t ship it.

I'm sorry your package was delayed by USPS. Unfortunately, they sometimes mess up and a package gets stuck. I called immediately after discovering this and they found and sent it along the very next day.
1) I sent the package 1.5 days after purchase (within the 2 day handling time). Your screenshot shows this - USPS in possession of item on April 10th. This means they actually had the package.
2) I fixed the issue immediately. Again, USPS delays are out of my control.
