The description on the website did not do it justice as the minor paint imperfections are virtually invisible, some slight roughness being due to the casting not being fully prepared rather than paint problems.       “K”s catalogue

      An early casting in the OOC range it is a reasonable representation of the Bristol K/ ECW combination in the Tilling Green and cream livery. No black lining to the bands of colour it could represent the later repaints that the real vehicles received to save costs. The model should allow the purchaser to create their own unique bus without removing details etc , the transfers / decals being sourced from what were plentiful suppliers only the cost of the model was the same as the fully decorated versions and when you add in the cost of the transfers, it made for an expensive exercise! To add to this some manufacturers withdrew from the transfer market about the time of its release in 1996. A good idea but in reality not the desired results could be achieved quite as easily as might have been ...
