The figure arrived with a snapped off neck and half of the staff missing. I didn't mind gluing the head back on but the missing half of the staff had to be a thing a I brought up. Seller sent the other half and refunded the full amount of the listing. Seller was very professional and only asked for more pics of the item to send to USPS to get the insurance money from them.
