    Great investment!

    Not too heavy in weight. Does a great job of removing dirt and stains from my carpeting. It's quiet in comparison to previous shampooers I'm owned. Also, the design and colors are attractive. I'm very pleased with my purchase of this product.

    Effective Cleaning at a Reasonable Cost

    We were able to purchase this carpet cleaner for an "open box" price and have been pleased with both its performance and quality. The carpet cleaner appears to have excellent suction to remove the cleaning solution after application. The supplemental heating of the solution is a nice feature. Switching to the hose attachment is easy.

    Carpet cleaner

    It is a very good product, did not work initially out of box, had to take apart and rotate pump assembly. But now works flawlessly and does a really good job. Especially the brush attachment when doing small areas and furniture.

    Proheat carpet cleaner renews old carpet with ease. Super.

    Lightweight machine with great features

    This is the second Bissell carpet machine I have owned. The first was a drag around tub that worked great. This machine is lighter and a lot easier to use. The hand held devices/attachments are so handy. Thanks for keeping up with the times with a great product.
