    Used Linksys Router

    Bought this to replace same type of device that failed. Backup of settings made it easy to install. Works great - just not quite as long a range as my old one. Good value, quick delivery.

    Good but not for what I wanted

    I bought this product so I could connect an external hard drive through its usb port. Even though it recognized it in setup I can't save the settings. I called linksys and they had no clue on the matter. They told me they no longer support the product and told me to call another place. The router is good but I cant use it for what i purchased it. If you just need a wireless router for internet, this should work well for you.

    Nice hardware that can be had for a great price

    This is the exact same hardware as the older Linksys WRT610N V2 model and I've used a couple of those for the last several years with good results. It works great for running DD-WRT firmware The E3000 which was purchased used here on E-Bay is being used in a home network setting as the router, switch, 2.4 and 5.8Ghz AP. Having a gig bit switch is very nice when transferring and backing up large files over the network. The wireless section has good range. These models are known to run hot but I've found that having it wall mounted using the built in provision for that allows the box to run cooler. Very reliable and does not need regular reboots.

    The Linksys E3000 it is an awesome router dual band wifi 5ghz and 2.4ghz will keep you conected and blazing fast with gigabit ethernet ports highly recommended A++
