      Item was shipped by FedEx. FedEx left package on truck. Delivery was delayed. FedEx stated if URIPA would contact FedEx and set up refund due to package originated there, FedEx would refund shipping charges. URIPA declined to contact FedEx. I had to remove front bumper to install part, due to FedEx delaying shipping it caused me to find another means to travel. FedEx left package on truck. URIPA stands for you rip me off. Not a good business.
