Service was good, but product is faulty. Discussion about the refund was good except the understanding of what the consumer is stating when it comes to returning a package that was shipped out of the US that it’s costly getting it back. And no refund will be given unless the item is returned is ridiculous. I’ve purchase numerous items from eBay, Amazon, ECS Tuning, EURO Tuning, RockAtuo etc… and when an item is damaged or faulty a report is made and a refund or replacement item is done.
