Questions I had for the seller were answered quickly, since the working condition was not stated in the description. The Item was stated by seller that they were unable to test the unit electrically. Happy that a discounted price was offered since they couldn't. The package arrived quickly and within the time stated. It took me a day or so to do test the unit with my train transformer and track, but the engine did work. All in all, satisfied with the transaction.

Every part was wrapped individually then double packed in the shipping box. everything was packed tight with extra packing material to make sure that they would not be damaged.     Great grinder for metal fabrication. The 13 amps supplies plenty of power. The grinder is very comfortable to hold for long periods as well.
