Anemone was shipped without an ice pack in the middle of summer in 95+ degree weather. Arrived DOA. Although it was not the sellers fault that UPS delivery took 2 days instead of overnight, I’m not sure the anemone would have survived anyways without the ice pack. Seller did give a partial refund, but did not reply back to me to explain why a full refund was not given.

Ebay had advised us that due to sensitive products, it is between buyers and carriers regarding future shipments, potential delays, and should not refund shipping.
