The water filter that I received is not the same one as in the pictures, because it did not have the chip attached to it. Also it is not new, as the plastic wrapper was taped up, and the water filter mounting tabs are broken. This water filter is not usable. I sent this message to the seller, who has not responded.

Seller sent an opened and resealed item that was described as new. The cord was tangled and obviously used. One of the major components of this device (screw cap) was missing rendering it useless. I have sent several messages to the seller and was advised by him to commit fraud and return it to my local Target or Walgreens!?!. He has refused to offer a refund and is now not responding. Beware!
