Your policy of authentication is a complete sham the only reason I ordered a Louis Vuitton bag from eBay was based on your guarantee of authenticity. Your policy says if not authentic it is sent back to sender. I received a message from eBay saying you could not authenticate however you sent bag on to me. The seller does not accept returns. I spent over 1000 and I do not know if the bag is real or not. I will never use eBay again.
