The item received was incorrect but only because the product box was mislabeled as a size XXL when it was actually XL. The seller responded immediately with a refund, however, a return label was unable to be accessed by me or the seller even though the seller was charged for the label. I agreed to keep the wrong item and reordered the correct item from a differant seller. Hope its right!
