    Both mugs arrived in excellent condition and as described. Fortunately, I was in no hurry to receive them because it seemed to take an inordinate amount of time for them to be shipped. I'd have preferred if the Seller had communicated with me that they were tied up and that the items would ship late, as did other vendors I bought from. I WOULD buy from this seller again hoping that his/her communication skills improve. And I have NO issues with the Mugs. They're beautiful.

    I'm sorry for the lack of communication, my store was officially closed and I was on vacation in Costa Rica. I had,no and sought no internet access, I was on "Tica trime"!
