Both of the mugs arrived broken.Seller only partially refunded me $34 out of $84 that I paid,I lost $50 for no reason and now I feel very sad and disappointed.I am sorry I have to leave this review but partial refund is not enough and it is not fair,considering that I lost $50,which means you did not refunded me not eve half of the price I paid, which is not fair..Wishing you all the best but unfortunately you left me no choice so I have to leave you this review, which is fair..Goodbye.

When buyer contacted me with issue - item damaged during international shipping, I sent refund immediately, however international shipping cost is beyond my control. I advised to contact ebay support and offered discount for my other items, but buyer decided to write that comment.
