This Item was shipped very quickly and arrived in excellent condition as stated by seller. Even though this model is no longer being made, it arrived in its original box as a new, unused item and it came with a manual and installation instructions. Seller provided a very fair price and I am looking forward to hooking it up prior to the next rain storm. This unit replaces the exact same unit that has been in use at my home for 16+ years; I am hopeful this new unit will last just as long.
