I'VE BEEN DOING THIS AWHILE BUT I ALSO READ SOME TIPS AND IDEAS I HADN'T THOUGHT OF OR HAD THOUGHT OF IN A DIFFERENT WAY. I'M ALWAYS LOOKING FOR GOOD IDEAS. THIS BOOK HAS SOME.

My husband and I have really enjoyed this book. My husband has recently been placed on a lowfat diet and this book has help us to be more creative when planning and preparing meals. I highly recommend this book for others who are on lowfat diets.
