    The excuse I was given for not receiving my package was a label misprint. A misprinted label does not prevent you from answering emails does it? Don’t waste your time with this seller. I also messaged them to ensure they had this item for my next purchase, assuming maybe it was a small mistake on their part, but no. You’ll be seeing part 2 of my negative feedback in a few days.

    Paid for item 1/23 and shipping was advertised between 1/28 -1/31. I checked tracking daily as this was a Bday gift for my sister. Tracking kept showing label created but item not received by carrier. I emailed seller 4 times beginning on 1/27 and NEVER received a response. Item was finally dropped off to carrier on 1/31 (the deliver by date and my sisters Bday) and it was just delivered to me on 2/4 and still NO RESPONSE from seller. Highly unprofessional, no communication, and disappointing!
