The product works well, however, compared to the SRS XB10, it does not have a rich bass. I think this is a design issue from Sony, as I saw the same complaint in other online reviews of this product

Like my Sony, BUT-
Volume is low but ok indoors, nice sound quality is good feature,.. I Replace my older Sony XB10 because the Bluetooth stop working in a month might of had a bad one, hope this new XB13 one will work better.
