    baby signs

    my daughter just had a baby girl and this book will be very helpful...It has alot of info that all parents should use with small children...it is easy to use and easy to do..and easy for the children to understand..this helps when the child is to young to talk..we use it with our son that has down sydrome, but he understands the baby signs....

    Excellent book!

    I decided to purchase this book to help me with my teaching of baby sign language. It is a wonderful help! It's full of helpful and inspiring photos of children signing and great stories for the parents to read! The book was in great condition, and although it was published in '92 it has very valuable information!

    Baby Signs

    This is such a cool book for anyone who is interested in "talking" with their baby before they can talk. I did this with my oldest son and both of my nephews also learned signs so that they could communicate better before they could speak well. The best part is that it did not hinder their speech learning at all. My son had about 10 words in his vocabulary by the time he turned 1!

    Informative, but would have liked more examples of sign

    I bought the book Baby Signs by Linda Acredolo a few weeks ago. I do like the book that it give examples, that is a nice part of the book. I wasn't as impressed with the book as I thought I would have been, I was thinking that there would have been more examples of signs. I does look as if it will provide good information and advice though.

    Very smooth transaction!!

    I would love to start my baby with baby sign lenguage. He is 6 months now and I have seen before how much sign lenguage can help babies to feel less frustration communicating. A lot of people have recommended me this bood and I really want to try.
