    Fabulous book full of useful information

    I love this book! It is a game changer for me to understand how my body functions in a readable and enjoyable manner. I intuitively trust Anthony’s information as being spot on and very timely for our very sick culture. I appreciate his recipes and supplement recommendations for healing and vibrant health.     Liver rescue

    I'll recommend to everyone who has fatty liver or just simply digestive problems or just want to improve their health, this is the 3rd book by Anthony Williams what I owned I have hyperpigmentation for 4 years went out of control and I started high blood pressure medication, after reading first book about mistry deasisse and how to heal I make a change in my diet after 7 months my blood pressure went normal no more medication needed, and I mean .
