This is an excellent product.
I have been using this product for some time and I like the fact that it is specifically make for men my age and older. I also like that I can take up to three capsules before each meal and that it has 85 Billion live cultures from 32 strains and has prebiotics. Recommend keeping it refrigerated as instructed. I would also such overnight shipping in a cold pack to keep it fresh.
