I was extremely happy with my purchase and the whole buying experience with this seller. I had a small concern when the shipping status hadn't updated and messages the seller about it and they were extremely helpful and addressed my concern and kept in contact with me giving me updates until my product arrived. Product description said used, but was like brand new, in box and all original plastic sleeves on everything inside the box, all perfect working condition. Would buy from them again!!

I bought an open box item and understood that there would possibly be some scratches, etc. on a item that was likely a return. The original purchaser was heavy handed and returned this with a few parts slightly damaged. I contacted the seller and they sent some replacement parts quickly (for example one of the castors was busted). Bottom line. If you are flexible and have some understanding of open box items. This is a very good price!!
