Thank you very much for your help! It made me realize that selling heavy glass items online is not good idea. It all comes down to how the shipping carrier handles the package - whether they toss it around or handle it carefully. Wrapping doesn't provide much protection, especially for heavy items. It might work for smaller things, though. Thanks again!
