    My review of the PUR CRF950Z 2 Stage Water Pitcher Replacement Filter

    I have never had a problem with the Pur water filters or the pitchers. The newest ones, the Platinums, do not seem to need a 10 minute soaking before putting them into the pitcher and they have a plastic knob that moves and shows you when they need to be replaced. The water always comes our fresh and great. I have had my pitcher for about 20 years and it still works. You'll spend about 10 dollars apiece for the filters but they can last 3 months, more or less. Good products!

    This may have been an older filter model. It was new in box, but, the water didn't taste as good with other filters I've used.

    First Bad Filter

    Have never seen a filter like this one has a little red lever type deal on top and the water tastes terrible if they have changed all these, will have to change my filtration system.
