Item took forever to arrive, after the original delivery date. Item was packed loosen, and poorly, within a larger box without any protection. Item was described as NEW but was an open box item with missing parts. I requested a refund and the seller refused. Seller doesn't respond to communication, only thru the Ebay system. AVOID THIS SELLER.

Sold as “New” when it clearly was “used.” I have been collecting XM Studios sculptures for the past 6 years and before I opened it I knew something was wrong because it was sealed with the XM Studios “tamper proof” security logo packing tape. Cyclops came with 2 portraits where one of them arrived with a break from the sculptured hair. I won’t bother with seeking compensation for everything that was wrong about this transaction, but it comes with a heavy price for the merchant’s reputation.
