Items were as nice as described and in perfect condition. Great pack job!! It successfully withstood the carrier's not-very-careful handling of the package. Box had a big gash right through the middle of one of the many red "fragile" labels, but the foam inserts nestling the mugs kept them safe. Very happy customer:)
