Did not properly fit the TV - seller wanted to try to blame me for this and had to argue to get the return.
Would’ve had to modify the LED housing or the diffuser housing to fit despite this supposedly being the correct model number

We understand your frustration regarding the return process. However, we encountered some challenges with you that contributed to the delay. When you initially contacted us, we requested details about the make and model of your TV to better assist you. Unfortunately, we didn't receive this information for quite some time as you argued the need. Additionally, when we asked for photos of the item, and your original Leds in the tv, you refused again making it difficult to expedite your return.
