Hello. These items are new - I've sold over 50 of them on Ebay so far, you're the only person who has had an issue. I did respond to your request to return the item stating you're welcome to return them; you need to start the return on your end and you never did so. Also, the boxes I used for shipping are whatever box is a good size to ship the items. What a shame to leave negative feedback in this situation where I clearly stated you could return the item if not satisfied.
