    Good for end of day.

    This product doesn't actually put me to sleep, but helps to turn off my continuous "planning/fixing/solving" mind. For me, that is a biggie. Seriously improves the quality of my sleep. Sometimes take one in daytime, if I get wound up over a stressful situation. A lovely, relaxing break for the mind.

    Mild effect was too weak for me

    Personally I have a lot of problems getting to sleep and I found the effects of this product a bit disappointing for me. It seems to be a very mild dosage and i think i need something stronger. Having said that most other natural products have the same effect on me - they don't work very well. Anyone who only has intermittent sleeping problems would probably find the product fine. One night they did work.

    Sleep like a baby

    I have trouble sleeping. Used regular sleep aids. Would have to increase dosage. With Calms Forte I sleep like a baby with no after effects
