When new shipment received - mats were well package and exactly as described. For the price, I would 100% by these mats again. Perfect fit in the vehicle and heavy duty for their thickness. While they're not WeatherTech mats - they are a much better deal and I can foresee them lasting a while.

I contacted the seller, sent pictures, and the seller was quick to respond. I was offered a partial refund or a replacement part. Great customer service!
