Gets your heart rate up!
An easy to follow step workout that really gets your heart rate up. There are two levels of difficulty, so you can choose how much you'd like to do. There's also a warm-up and cool-down which are important. The instructor is engaging and the other steppers are enthusiastic. Kari has some participants working at a lower level so you can follow them if you need some easier movements.
