Upon receipt of the merchandise it was discovered that the plastic had an approximate 4 inch crack on the upper left side near the head. The damage was not done by USPS as the packaging was not crushed or dented. I am a collector of these figures, and the packaging from the company denotes its value. I contacted seller and reply was this was a shelved item. During purchasing there were no signs of damage in the pictures provided by the seller. VERY DISAPPOINTED IN THIS PURCHASE
