Bought an Apple Watch from them. Wrote in buyers not to seller to please ensure it was unlocked and ready to pair with my phone. It came and it was not usable. I messaged and they responded until I told them I needed them to unpair the watch so that I could use it. Was very friendly. They then stopped responding and still won’t respond. I’ve tried to contact in multiple ways. They were very well aware it wasn’t ready and still will not make it right.
