    Perfect Five-Spice Combination

    Not all “Chinese Five Spice” powders are equal, especially in the spices used. This one hits the mark for the traditional combination that leaves a distinct flavor in the dishes that call for this spice. Further, we tried a small amount in a smoked meat rub that resulted in a wonderful flavor on the beef brisket that slow-smoked for many hours.
