Medal of Honor: Airborne has the frame rate of Medal of Honor: Frontline, with The graphic capabilities if Medal of Honor: European Assault. it’s a great experience, but the biggest problem I have with this game is that it only has six levels. The crouching and peeking mechanics have been in almost all of the Medal of Honor games, but what I like about this one is how some of the weapons feel slightly unwieldy. You might be never sure if you’re going to hit your target unless you take another couple shots of the enemy just to make sure. It’s interesting seeing World War II from the perspective of the paratroopers, where instead of spawning into a certain part of the map, you jump out of a plane. You can choose where to land, gaze where the plane heads after you jump out of it, or take a look at your surroundings. you might even feel feel sorry for one of the NPC’s before jumping out of the plane. The weapon upgrades in this game are a tad bit generic. extended mags or attachments to reduce recoil are to be expected, but the third upgrade option sometimes happened to surprise me and help me get through a tough level. At the end of the game, it kind of felt like something from Hollywood: The good guys win, the bad guys lose. Personally, I prefer a videogame that’s set in historical events to be unapologetically brutal and makes you think about what happened. Maybe that’s what Call of Duty: World at War might do. some completion list type gamers might try to unlock all the extra achievements by finishing the game on the harder difficulties or playing in the multiplayer. I only planned on playing the campaign, because there will be some who might mess with the game and play unfairly. in the end, this was a short game that people can expect to finish within a couple days, but it’s historic interesting and fun.Read full review

Another game in the Medal of Honor line. I found this the most difficult of them all. The game is not hard per se, just takes a lot long to get thru levels than the other games in this series. Luckily there are only 8 levels in the campaign. I found the targeting system looks better than thre previous but is so accurate that you really have to be on target to hit anything. The biggest complaint is the AI....ANYTIME you get in the field of fire of a bot, they WILL switch on to you...no matter how many other targets there are or the range. Even when moving in cover it's like you have a big flag sticking up. It's very irksome to low crawl to a good ambush while 5-10 of your guys OPENLY assault a single enemy gunner...as SOON as you pop up he'll keep on you while the good guys stand around shooting at him...and of course they don't hit him. Besides that the graphics are good, gameplay is good, it'a just a good all around tactical shooter.Read full review
Medal of Honor Airborne is great game. I bought rather hesitantly, but I now enjoy it whenever I play it. The graphics are great and it is truely challenging. I liked it because when you can play through a game in one day, it isn't as fun, especially when you start playing it over. This is not a problem with MOH Airborne. The gameplay is different every time you play. I also liked being able to land anywhere in the level and begin fighting. The one thing I did not like about MOHA is that there are only six levels. The levels are long and challenging, but it still seems like too little.
This is a good game, if you like war and first shooter games. It is a little bit on the hard side, but has a lot of action going on and the need to use your brain a bit, too. There are some things you have to figure out what way is the best to handle a situation. Gun selection is really good-some work better than others,so you need to figure out what's best for you. The "enemy" is harder to kill than in some of the other war games. Still, all in all, it's a really good game and one to add to your library if you want war games. It is HARD to find, so if you get the chance to get one at a good price-take it!
