Product as described. Communication had a negative tone when questioned on high shipping costs. $16usd for tracked letter mail is outrageous. Buyer instructed me to take it up with ebay… essentially not their problem. This feedback is a reflection of that.

I'm sorry to say that eBay charges approximately $15 for international shipping, and it appears that they don't disclose the exact amount upfront. Unfortunately, there's nothing I can do about it. I don't have the authority to offer a refund for shipping that has already been charged. That's just not how it works.
