First of all the pen is beautiful and came as described. The company also was very responsive to questions. But if you are receiving this in the USA, make sure you fill out the TSCA form and have the shipper include it with the package so it will not be held by US Customs. Great seller...I will buy again from them....but don't forget the TSCA form!
