    Seller shipped PC wrapped in 1 sheet of bubble wrap in its original box with dings and damage all over the PC (which could also be from shipping). No visible display. 4th RAM slot doesn’t snap in. Completely different computer from what was shown in the items listing. Seller left a note in the box that if I had any issues to contact him. I have sent countless messages regarding the computers state and have heard nothing.

The seller told me I could pay the difference, than changed to I would have to pay the new shipping costs in total on top of my already paid shipping. He also offered a full refund. When I accepted the full refund, I haven't heard from him with any update. This transaction has been over 5 weeks ago with no resolution or no recent communication.
