Seller offered USPS Ground Advantage and I paid $4.43 for. Instead, seller stuffed a PSA slab into an eBay Standard Envelope for $1.12 which is against eBay policy. The PSA slab was destroyed and card was damaged. Seller gave a full refund. My issue is the seller tried to get away with saving $3 in shipping and ultimately destroyed a piece of history. When questioned, the seller blamed me for being impatient (after a week) and the card arrived one month later. Seller is operating in bad faith.
