This seller is a verified scammer who resells Amazon's "Open Box" returns without inspecting them for damage as NEW. I received a DAMAGED (highly scratched), NON-WORKING (broken water tank), POOP-STAINED USED bidet (SEE PHOTOS!!). I returned this USED, BROKEN item. He acknowledged via chat on eBay that he NEVER inspected the item before shipping, drop-shipping from Amazon's warehouse, and is now refusing to take it back. He has 89% feedback with similar reviews.

It said new in box but the parts were in Ziploc bags and not in the regular Packaging. I did buy round by mistake. Seller offered to refund if I ship it back to him but then he stopped returning messages. EBay will not help even though he said he said to return it in his direct messages. He gave me his address to send it back to him. That I never heard back from him. EBay said to start a return but he declined even after telling me to ship it back to him. He was trying to steal the money
