- *****- Feedback left by buyer.Past 6 monthsVerified purchaseReceived patio set came quickly. Came in two boxes took about 3 hrs to put together. Chairs came in with no damage however the table had numerous dents and paint chips. Called customer they told me they no longer offer the patio set they couldn’t replace the table. The table was not fixable. I looked up how much the cost of a similar table would cost they ranged from $170 to $200. I asked them to credit my original payment for $170 thought that was far. They agreed have not yet seen the credit

I sprayed two coats of rust o leum clear protection on it from rusting further. Will have to see how it handles the two coats.

The seller's were very kind and refunded the money to me promptly. Would definitely shop with them again as long as FedEx is not delivering to my home.

After installing them, one of the cases had what I would describe as a minor functional issue with the clasp holding it in place. I reached out to them to let them know the part was faulty. They responded immediately and, in the end, more than compensated for the faulty part. Again, kudos to this company for the customer service, communication! A+++, highly recommend!
