I have not installed it yet, but all the parts were accounted for and in perfect condition. The shipping was very quick and on time. Item was packaged securely and delivered just as promised. This is a Home Depot ceiling fan I'd been considering, but the seller's price was, by far, much lower. They were very helpful when I questioned the downrod I needed, and I did find it at a nearby Home Depot store. I'm really looking forward to having the fan installed later this week.
