I decided to hold off a couple days to review this item to make sure it truly worked with my wheelchair as was advertised. Communication was good here and the item arrived in a timely manner - technically one day later than estimated, however, that's no big deal.
Item was packed well and nicely protected. Item was as described by the seller and did work with my Ki Catalyst 5 wheelchair and is currently installed on it. The brakes work quite nicely.
This was definitely a positive experience.
