We are not responsible for damage caused by third party shippers. We offered the buyer a return for a refund which he still refuses to do because he is in another country. Then leaves this feedback.

If you're thinking on buying just read the negative reviews. I bought and now i read them, LOL. Same exact thing happened to me. Items listed as "excellent" condition that "anyhow" arrive heavily damaged. This one was installed on the laptop and was dropped and damaged so it was shipped damaged. How can it be damaged in transit? This palmrest is so light there is no way to do so. Box was intact. Seller argued and argued to deny his responsability. If you want to take the risk is up to you.

We are not responsible for items damaged by third party shippers or scammers. Buyer demanded refund without return, and also lied claiming that the item was delivered 3 days ago even though it was delivered 15 days ago. Then claimed "the usps delivery dates are BS"

The screen was basically as described with some minor damage to the exterior aluminum case, however, it works as it should. It was sufficiently well packaged and did not suffer from its shipping to Canada. I would definitely recommend epartshighway as a vendor on eBay!
