Hair was extremely course and brittle. Definitely NOT human hair. Contacted seller and they refused to help with issue. Stated no refunds and no exchanges. Hair is the consistency of horse hair, no soft or silky strands at all. And stiff as a board - kinked. Some of the hairs got under my fingernail and actually cut my skin! I would recommend not purchasing!!
