If they had used adequate packaging it would have arrived just fine. They put something that needed to be shipped in a box and sent it in a non-padded envelope, and I'm not surprised it was crushed. The seller should have adequately packed it, and not been so difficult about making the sale right when it was destroyed by the shipper. It's not the shipper's fault!

Only issue was the outside containers were dented in shipping because they were loose in box. I was able to bend them back into shape and only a few were affected. Oddly, the other like item shipped without issue.
