Product was described as "new"; part of reason I selected this seller. It came with everything in it including directions. But it was not new. Box was aged and edges of box were worn; directions very aged. It will work fine as all pieces were there and aluminum does not wear out. But it was not new. It should have been rated used but good condition. It was shipped out immediately and packed well in paper.

Sorry about the NEW marking it was a slip up on my part as you can see in the photos the box is damaged and the recipe card is aged. I am sorry you didn't see that and send me a message. I could have cleared it up before you buying.
