Very satisfied with the product. Arrived slightly dirty on the front, but was easily cleaned. Screen and keyboard were nearly pristine condition. Entire laptop is excellent condition, with only a few scratches/chips near the corners, only noticeable if you look for them on purpose. So far, functions great, like brand new. Seller is quick to respond. It’s an amazing deal for the price. Of course take everything with a grain of salt, each laptop varies, but my experience has been great.
